Absolutely. You can draw a design on a blank sheet of paper and submit it to us. You will be provided with a plan along with 3D views.

Of course. The design office will give you a detailed quote along with the plan and 3D views.

The house kit arrives in container(s) by cargo ship at the port of Colon in Panama, then is transported by truck to your construction site if it’s on the mainland, or to Almirante if your land is located in the Bocas del Toro archipelago. The goods will then be loaded onto a barge and delivered to your land.

Approximately 2 months of preparation at the factory from the time of order, then about two months for delivery, including shipping by cargo, customs clearance, and truck transport, etc.

It depends on your construction knowledge. For someone with some experience in handling small tools and construction, it is quite possible to assemble it yourself with the help of one or more people. For someone already familiar with construction, it will be perfectly manageable.

You can certainly have technical assistance, either periodically or on demand, or even a “Quality Assembly” assistance.

You can hire a builder of your choice. We also work with a recognized builder who can assemble it for you, and we can also provide “assembly quality consultancy”.

You can do them yourself, hire a builder of your choice, or we can recommend a builder, depending on the type of foundation chosen.

Orders are flexible. You can order just the structure, the house shell, or without windows if you prefer, and handle the interior finishes with local materials and supplies. Alternatively, you can order everything, including kitchen elements, central island, countertops, complete bathroom, fixtures, tiles, dressing, storage furniture, etc. It is recommended to source plumbing and electrical equipment locally for compatibility reasons.

The pieces are numbered, and a detailed assembly manual is provided, along with assembly plans for the floor, walls, roof, interior elements, etc.

You pay the factory directly by bank transfer. Multiple payments can be arranged depending on the order and shipping, with a deposit and installment payments if there are several containers that can be shipped separately.

We can handle the administrative service on your behalf, but you pay the customs directly at the appropriate time in US dollars.

The total customs fees and taxes are 24% of the kit’s value delivered to Panama. These fees are added to the kit’s price.

The currency used in South Africa is the RAND or ZAR. Factory quotes are given in RAND/ZAR. When you make the first payment, your bank will convert it at the time of payment, whether you are using Euros, Dollars, or another currency. You can also use a fund transfer platform, which usually charges lower fees. It is also possible to pre-convert with your bank or a platform and set aside the amount in Rand or ZAR to avoid significant exchange rate changes when paying for the kit. We can advise you on this topic.

Our relationship with the manufacturer is based on long-standing mutual trust and sealed by a commercial agreement. Therefore, it is entirely possible for you to contact the design office in South Africa if you wish and finalize certain details directly, in English or French.
