In order to maintain a harmonious, respectful environment in line with the highest ethical and moral standards, ADVERTISERS and USERS of the NATHY REALTY platform must adhere to the following provisions when interacting with other users or platform administrators:

Do not use the NATHY REALTY platform and its communication tools to post unsolicited commercial information (Spam).

ADVERTISERS and USERS must demonstrate kindness and respect towards other participants and administrators of the Nathy Realty platform. Unprofessional, disrespectful, or immoral behavior towards any other participant is not tolerated.

Respect others and their differences. On the Nathy Realty platform, we are a community of individuals with diverse backgrounds.

It is strictly prohibited to use the expression spaces of the Nathy Realty platform to threaten, coerce, harass, insult, or defame another ADVERTISER or USER. Any ADVERTISER or USER engaging in such conduct will be solely responsible for the legal and civil consequences of their actions.

In case of dispute or disagreement between two or more Users or Advertisers, the administrators of the Nathy Realty platform will act as mediators to attempt to find the best solution to the conflict. Therefore, all involved Advertisers and Users agree to accept their decision. If this resolution is not accepted by one of the Advertisers or Users, they may pursue their claims through appropriate legal channels.

To prevent harm to an Advertiser or User, the Nathy Realty platform may remove comments or content in general that it considers to support or promote hatred, discrimination, homophobia, fake news, violence, human trafficking, child pornography, terrorism support, drug and alcohol consumption, animal abuse, as well as any content seeking to promote acts contrary to the law.

Advertisers and Users should refrain from sharing information aimed at influencing other users if such information is not based on provable scientific evidence and may distort proven factual information, especially in the field of health.

The Nathy Realty platform reserves the right to suspend or close an advertisement that, according to the platform administrators, violates any of these stipulations. Similarly, Nathy Realty may take appropriate legal action when an act by an Advertiser infringes upon the rights of a third party or constitutes a criminal offense.

This Code of Conduct and Rules of the Nathy Realty Platform forms an integral part of the platform’s terms and conditions of use. Therefore, as part of the registration and use process of the Nathy Realty platform, ADVERTISERS and USERS agree to commit to complying with it.
