10 minutes from Bocas by lancha, on the island of Solarte, this hostel is to be resumed. Located on 2000 m2 of
land approximately titled in the name of a company, it is composed of 8 rooms with bathroom, a big living room,
bar, equipped kitchen, office, meeting room, tidying up. Existing furniture remains in place. Water is provided
by a stored rainfall, electricity is required by a solar system, as the submarine cable supplying the area is no
longer ready for use. The owner may be responsible for installing the system.
The hotel is built of local wood, of good quality and solid. A potential of 20 people can be welcomed. Signal
internet and such cellular are of qualities. At 15 mn walk, a sandy beach is accessible on the other side of
